Delete your account

Applies to Tasko on iPhone, Android and the web.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Tasko and go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

If you own a team, first transfer ownership (Team → Team settings → Members) or delete the team.

Without the app

Email from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, avatar), sign-in methods and sessions.
• Your notifications and push tokens.
• Your settings, including your AI preference.

What stays

Tasks and projects belong to your team, so they stay for your teammates; you’re removed as their assignee. A team owner can delete the whole team and everything in it. Backups are cleared within 30 days.
